Recently bought a car with 6 months warranty. After a misunderstanding about receiving an email from me for a repair under warranty, my car was picked up at my house . . got the free repair and the car was brought back the next day! For their prompt action and after service! I am giving a 5*. Well done!

I got a 61plate astra estate from this company before I read some of these reviews and i was totally stunned at some of these horror stories and thought I was making a massive mistake. However my experience was completely different and it soon became clear it was just angry people ranting in there reviews. I received a 5 star service from ewan and Douglas my car is in perfect working condition and I'm so happy with it. When I needed help Douglas and ewan was there and took a lot of time to help me. I'm pleased with there service and I would use this company again but I don't think I will need too as my car is perfect. I'd definitely recommend this company to anyone who needs a car with good customer service and time for there buyers. Please don't listen to the bad reviews these guys don't deserve it . The staff were really helpful and when i called, text or emailed i got a response straight away, even after closing time. Top service thanks ewan and Douglas really happy customer ☺.. Sam
