Thank you for making it easy to purchase the car. Due due to the distance i never viewed the car and Gary explained the condition of the car on the phone and I have to say I am very happy with the car. Excellent customers service, the car came with 1 years MOT and Serviced prior to collection. Additionally given a gift box with various things which was a nice touch. The whole experience of purchasing the car was flawless and easy. Recommend Motorline Direct 100%.

The experience at Motorline Direct Ltd was good because they had the perfect vehicle in stock. They were very easy to contact and communicate on a regular basis with, having been provided regular updates. They also offered me fantastic value on part exchange of my previous vehicle - an offer that even Mercedes Benz were not able to make. Stephen was also excellent in his service and is an asset to Motorline Direct. Overall, I would not hesitate to recommend Motorline Direct to family and friends, from their selection of vehicles to the fantastic service

Just wanted to say a Big Thank You to Stephen, I found the car online, he called me and the rest is history. Due to the distance I, was unable to view the car, but Stephen was great. The car was MOT, in good condition, and full service history from Land Rover.  The whole experience was flawless and easy.  Definitely recommend Motorline. First time purchasing a car from Motorline Direct and I wouldn’t hesitate to go back again. There was no pushy sales tactic from Gary which made the experience very enjoyable - he even presented me with a lovely gift for purchasing with them! I had a great experience at Motorline Direct Ltd because there was no pushing into a deal like many of the main dealers. It was relaxed, I was able to take my time and think it through, and then get back to Steven when I had decided. I’ve never dealt with Motorline Direct before, and was travelling over 300 miles to get the vehicle. The service from Steven was outstanding, and will have no concerns doing business with them again.

Where do I start. First of all from the beginning and initial phone call it was an absolute pleasure.Thank you to all the staff members of Motorline very polite and very informative and helpful. In particular a young salesperson Stephen , in my case I can’t find any faults and I was very satisfied with all the help in purchasing my latest car. Purchased an Evoque from Gary, from Loughborough! Very happy with him as he was excellent. Very easy to deal with and no hassle at all. I actually came away with the feeling they are a trustworthy bunch here. Would recommend to friends and family.
