Full disclosure: I haven’t brought anything from here. I just visited, but my God, what beautiful things I saw here.nVery different experience to other dealerships. Whilst others have the latest models on display, here they displayed some of the coolest Ford automobiles.nI totally recommend visiting this dealership and see the cool cars with your own eyes.
Recently purchased a Ford Puma ST from Motors. There was a slight issue with paint flaking on the inside door skins. Russell was extremely helpful getting the issue sorted under warranty. Thoroughly professional service throughout. Thank you.
Absolutely frustrated!! I decided to buy a car from them using HP finance. They collected all my documents and told me that my finance was accepted in principle. They said there was only one issue with the car — the sat nav needed updating — and that once it was done, they could send the car to me straight away. I agreed and said I looked forward to hearing from them.nnAfter that, the salesman, Russell, became completely silent. I sent multiple emails and made many phone calls asking when the car would be ready and when I could receive it. Russell always replied very late and gave minimal information. He kept saying they needed more time and that they couldn’t sort it out yet, but he never gave me a specific date or timeframe.nnThen suddenly, he told me they could not sort it out anymore and that they had to cancel my purchase. The car was a Peugeot 308 with registration number SH22WLG. Later, I checked their website and saw the car listed as sold. He sold the car to someone else and completely ignored me.nnThey wasted my time and the money I spent on vehicle checks, and they also affected my credit score. All of this happened just before Christmas. Never recommended.
Having arranged the purchase of a car, unfortunately we weren’t able to proceed. But I would like to say that Shane the sales manager and Adam, who helped us sort out the car, were the best people to deal with, and I would highly recommend their approach to customers, fantastic . Thank you both for being so helpful in a difficult situation.
