We were very pleased with the help we got from the salesman, Rob Fisher. His approach was friendly but efficient, and we valued the fact that he was not too pushy. Importantly, he did what he said he would do within the timescales agreed in a pleasant manner. Overall a positive experience for me, given my dread of buying a car!

Absolutely amazing customer service. Took my car in for service and MOT and the team couldn’t have been nicer. Explained everything in a way I could understand. Nothing was too much trouble. Great value, would recommend. Definitely will go there again. Thank you so much.

In a mad panic to get a new car as my old one had died, I visited Sandicliffe one Saturday recently. They had the car I wanted, they where helpful, polite and courteous and did everything they said they would. They even prepared the car at very short notice and I am thrilled with the result. Very impressed. I good old fashioned, service based place, with helpful and friendly at their root of service. If they had also sold donuts, that would have been better as I really wanted a donut, but sadly it wasn't to be. But still a first class service. Well Done Rob and all of those I met that day! And I ADORE my car :-).

The service was very good and Jay Misty was very helpful and knowledgeable. I love my new car and can’t wait to pick it up. I have used this branch of Sandicliffe many times before and they are great.

Purchased a second hand Nissan Qashqai from Bruce earlier this week. He was not pushy and was the best sales person we had seen after visiting 3 other car dealerships. The car was prepared very well and the whole buying experience was made easy by Bruce. Thank you.
