Got my car back today, and I am super impressed with this body shop, they filled and met my all my expectations and beyond what others have said about this body shop. They are super efficient and from the moment they took my car kept me up to date of the progress. I asked for my car by a certain date and they got it back to me a week before that time. The whole car was beautifully cleaned and well looked after. I would highly recommend them to anyone and everyone, well done Motofix and thank you for your wonderful customer service!!

Update - despite the comment on my review from motofix, I’d like to clarify that it has been over 2 weeks and nobody has been in touch as was advised....
DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE.
This was an approved repairer by my insurers to complete very minor bodywork.
They gave my car back with the engine warning light on and further damage to my car. The panel that they had replaced was not the right colour and they claimed that they were not able to colour match (I since argued this and got the colour to be matched).
They refused fault for the further damage that was caused to my car and after a week of taking it elsewhere and it breaking down, I insisted that motofix take it back.
They then took my car to Ford and had repairs completed without coming to me for authorisation and without contacting me about this at all. They also did not give any information to ford about the investigations that had already been completed on my car.
Motofix then tried to charge me for these repairs that I HAD NOT authorised which I refused. Manager, Michael, did allow me to collect the car without paying as he accepted they did not follow procedure.
However when I phoned up to request the documents to know which parts had been replaced, I was told by Chris (the most rude person I have ever come across) that “you are not entitled to that information because you didn’t pay” he continued to refuse to give me documents about my own car and refused to give me any contact information for head office.
When I got through to Penny In customer service she was great and I got my requested documents within the hour.
Do not let your insurers take your car here - Chris is awful and the work they complete on cars is shocking and should not be allowed to continue working and providing a service which they are not providing.

Damaged my car. Not happy. Pointless arguing with them, you wont win. Read the reviews, we can't all be wrong. Should have gone with my instinct and not used them. If you have a choice - use someone else or at least take a vehicle inspection sheet of your own for them to sign, and take your own photos and videos if you have to use them.

WARNING DO NOT USE this repairer.
My vehicle was involved in a non fault accident and taken to a garage of Motofix as an "approved repairer" appointed by my insurance.
The damage was estimated to take 4 days to repair.
They had my vehicle for over 6 weeks, when it was returned they had failed to address numerous safety aspects and the finish of the paint was very poor, I had massive overpray all over my car, the paint colour did not matchand the panel gaps were inconsistent.
My vehicle has been back and forth to motofix approximetly 3/4 times and I still have a substandard repair.
My airbag warning light was on and I was later informed that the airbag system would not work in the event of a crash, so my vehicle was returned not safe.
My vehicle was driven 48 miles while in the care of Motofix using 2.8 gallons of fuel - this gave an average of 17mpg, this indicated to me that my car had been driven at excessively high revs. Motofix had no reasonable explanation for this either, they were unable to produce any road test reports or anything to indicate why my vehicle was driven so long and so much petrol used.
Unrelated spare parts to a different vehicle were also found in my boot - indicating that they had used my car as a collection vehicle.
When my car was taken back to motofix to repair the airbag I installed a dashcam that proved that the employees their were revving my car excessively in the car park to listen to the engine (in excess of 4krpm)
An internal investigation by motofix confirmed this but no action was taken.
The manager of the branch also said "the bloke is a twat" which was in my opinion in relation to me - this was also caught on camera, however head office failed to take any action.
The terms and conditions of motofix indicate that they are a member of the VBRA, please be warned the VBRA do not recognise this company as a member on their website and when asked about their alternate dispute resolution service they will ignore you.
This is not the level of service I would expect from an "approved repairer".
If your insurance company pressures you to use this company please avoid at all cost.

I was a bit weary when I was reading reviews online for this place. I have just received my car back and I am very happy with my experience here. My car was repaired here after an accident that wasnt my fault. Some one had reversed into me. The front bumper and reinforcement beam had to be replaced. The work carried out on my car looks stunning, and they left my car looking sparkly and clean. Not a scratch or mark was left. I highly recommend them for the work. They were very efficient, from picking up my car, repairing it and giving it back. They completed the repairs within at least 4 days of the expected repair date. I was able to leave the hire vehicle that my insurance company had provided me at their garage for them to pick up. Everything ran smoothly. The receptionist was very lovely and welcoming and pointed me to my car to have a look. I walked around the car and saw that it was great! They matched the paint work to the T! Everything seems to be in the right place, and not falling off! I am very impressed. There isn't a lot of Parking when you pick up the vehicle, however one of the lads was very kind and pointed me in the right direction for me to park. Very helpful, kind, professional and a great company!! Very customer focused.
