We needed a new car as our circumstances changed, so we decided to go back to Citygate Watford and speak to Liam. We found out that he had moved branches so we decided to look at BMW, Mercedes & Audi. To be fair the salesman at Audi was really good but the range was poor. The other two companies was just a poor experience.  We were confused and we agreed that the service was so good on our last visit that we would go back to see Liam at his new branch in High Wycombe. Once again we had another excellent experience and ended up going for a new VW. I seriously recommend Liam at Citygate High Wycombe as he is such a nice person who listens and is thoughtful throughout your visit.

Once again, I have had a very easy experience with VW albeit, this time with their branch in High Wycombe where I now live.  I was fortunate to be guided once again, by the excellent Kevin Rikard who has looked after my car needs for quite a few years now whilst working at South Ruislip.  He explains everything clearly and doesn't make you feel pressurised into buying any extras if you don't want them.  For me, it was just an easy swap of a like-for-like VW Up!  I am glad that Kevin keeps me informed as to when's best to trade in my current car for a new one and for the time being at least, this suits me well.

Well where to start, i had been searching for an estate car that fitted the price for a month or so. I finally found one at Citygate High Wycombe and enquired on a saturday morning and arranged a viewing on two vehicles. Travelling from kent and arriving a bit late we were greated by a charismatic gentlemen by the nams Sunell. Moving on, test drive was great and Sunell was very knowledgable on both cars. His level of service has been incredible and i would travel all the way back to buy another car from him again. Thanks to Sunell and Rob for all your help.
