Nightmare receptionist, seriously bad attitude. Repair work eventually ok.

My wife and I trusted this company to repair our Volvo SC60 after my wife had an accident. Our car was collected on the 14/7.  My wife was advised that someone would call her back to let her know when we could expect the return of our car.  My wife called again several times and dealt with a very polite lady by the name of Jenny who was very helpful. When the car arrived, there were a number of concerns which we brought to the attention of the company.  Our concerns were taken onboard and remedied promptly.  Our car was returned and we are very happy with the level of service we received.
