Absolutely great experience, after my old car breaking down on the way to view a car in stock that I found on auto trader, one of the sales consultants kindly offered to pick me up from where I had broken down to take me to the showroom, after staying even after hours going through paperwork and documents( I arrived 10minutes before closing time) we managed to get everything sorted out Today I left in my new car after an extremely smooth and easy process, absolutely recommend these guys to anyone. Great service A+++++

Here today in the parts deparment , been waitig over 20 mins now and nobody is here , worst parts deparemnt ever, eventually rang service department while waiting at parts to send someone over , 10 min later still no one here , parts department never answer the phone when calling either , only have one parts employee , clearly too much work for the poor bloke !!!

I wasn't actually planning to buy a Vauxhall when looking for a new car last month if I'm honest . I dropped by only because I was passing one Sunday to go to another garage . The level of service and professionalism that was shown by Adam put most of the garages I saw to shame. He had to go beyond the pale to get me the deal I required and in fact did better than I expected. I would definitely recommend this garage on the basis of their customer service. As for the car , my brand new Astra isn't what everyone would want to drive , but I'm delighted with it .

Recently purchased a New Astra from the High Wycombe Vauxhall, we were dealt with by Alex Wilson, and I have to say his service towards us was impeccable from start to finish. There was an immediate urgency in us getting a new vehicle and Alex got this to us in 3 days as promised and delivered on time, such a brilliant service.
