This company is totally professional it knows its business. The service it provides to it customers is first class. The standard of work is exceptional high and the attention to detail is outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend them..

After reading on their website that they offer good old fashioned customer service, I thought I would give them a go as I like businesses that understand the importance of customer service. Well I never got to experience much of it and what I did experience was poor. I phoned ahead and was advised to just turn up, so I did just that. I went in to a reception and stood their for over 5 mins whilst the lady in the office took a over the phone payment (fair enough) but the guy in their made two phone calls without dealing with me. When he got round to asking how he could help I explained I was hear to get a scratch looked at. His response, word for word, "upstairs on your left". Nothing else was said so I went upstairs to another office but nobody was there. All the phones, computers etc where but no people. I shouted out but nothing. I eventually got bored and left. Won't ever be using these people to work on any of my cars. Terrible service and a waste of my time.
