Perrys High Wycombe Ford

A decent Ford dealership, my family has bought 2 cars from here. Staff are usually very friendly and professional, the waiting area is good, with water and coffee machines as well as ample seating. However the actual work done on my car was sub par, as they left the centre of my steering wheel loose after doing some work, meaning that the horn would sound almost constantly as I drove. This was very unprofessional and meant I had to make a 2nd journey there the following day, as the problem didn't start to become obvious until after they had closed for the evening. Whilst they fixed the issue with no extra charge, I received no apology or felt any sense of remorse from anyone I spoke to. This is my most recent visit to them and unfortunately they seem to be getting worse over time.

Very good exceptional sales staff with fantastic knowledge and warm and approachable characteristics. Could not leave without purchasing a new vehicle and will undoubtedly be coming back for our next. Worth a visit.

My wife and I bought a used Ford BMax from Perrys a few weeks ago. The service was five star from start to finish. The salesman, Mathew Marshall, did an excellent job showing us the car, explaining everything we wanted to know, taking us out for a test drive, and explaining the purchase process. A few days later Mathew picked us up from our home and drove us to the garage to collect the BMax. It looked like a brand new car it had been prepared so perfectly. Some weeks later the car is still driving perfectly and it was nice to get a follow up call from Mathew to check that we were happy with the car. We would definitely recommend Perrys as an excellent place to buy a car.

We recently bought a fiesta, was put at ease straight away. Everything was explained in detail and Russell in sales went the extra mile to help us with our car deal. When we picked our car up it was shiny and the interior spotless . Thanks to all from Sharon and Paul
