Been there today and stayed more then 30 minutes and nobody bothered to ask us if we need any help and then we ask for some help and they told us they had a customer.In whole store was 3 customer and 5-6 staff person. Don’t waste your time there

Everytime I use your website there are products shown as available then when you click on them they are all out of stock you really should keep your website up to date for customers so they don't waste their time looking at products that aren't actually available to purchase! Also your low to high option when searching has never worked again lots of 'Glitches' in your website!

Helpful and friendly staff. Brought a few car seats from them via click and collect online and they were fitted well. Good for other general mothercare bits too, and I swear there's always a sale on!

Worker are Extremely rude I am disgusted on how they treated me on the phone (laughing at me)

Time of day does not matter,never enough staff working. Although products are good albeit pricey at times.
