This place is a life and time saver! I reserve items I want online, go into store and pay via a self service screen and my items are always ready within 2 minutes even over Christmas!

a bit of a sore point....reserved to collect 3 Argos-sourced items, of which only 2 would have been available...with only one staff member on till duty, I lost the will to live or remain in store as it was over 12 mins and still no sign of attending to me...my items remained uncollected therefore, and I am in no hurry to go back. I suggest using the card payment system to pay for reserved items, as it would be quicker. I only opted for the till route as I had a question about the items I was collecting...a good place to collect things bought on that well known public auction site, otherwise, I am going to have pass....customer service is the new front-line in retaining customers...and Argos get a big F from me on that front

Large store with high levels of stock, lightning service ( less than a minute on my visit, easy parking with disabled parking and access. Helpful friendly and very efficient staff.

Plenty of parking, easy if you want to quickly pick something up. OK staff. Easy to use computers to pay. Collection area still seems a little dated and staff seem pained to do it. On a separate note it always smells bad outside the shop.
