Absolutely first-class service from the moment we walked into the store until the last piece of furniture had been put back onto the new carpet. The Karndean was laid so professionally in the hall and the carpet fitters were so hard-working and thorough. I would recommend Fludes most highly - they really know what they are doing!

We've bought several carpets and floors from Fludes over the last 4 years. The staff are excellent, really friendly and very helpful. We were in several times swapping samples and trying different ideas, the team at Fludes were only too happy to help. As several other reviewers have said, the process from bringing to end is flawless (excuse the pun), we'll be buying from there again!

Fludes fitted our new lounge carpet and we were very impressed by their customer service. Everyone we saw throughout the process was very straightforward, gave us good useful information and made sure we were happy with everything at each stage. I would definitely recommend Fludes to a friend if you're looking for a carpet company that cares about you as the customer.

Always friendly efficient and helpful. We have used them for all our carpets and laminate flooring. Very courteous. Would recommend them anytime.

Fibrecare always reccomend Fludes for Carpets and Rugs. On several occations have used Fludes for supplying and fitting carpets. Have always found them extrememy helpfull, offer a excellent product and always quick to respond. I for one, would not use anybody else but Fludes Carpets.
