My wife bought some wheel trims and had them fitted. She has just joined Halfords motoring club for free. She said the young man who served her was very polite and helpful. He asked if she would like the vehicle checked. 10 checks on tires, wipers ,indicators, oil, battery and screen wash topped up, wheel trims fitted and cable tyes applied. Excellent service and a £5 discount voucher applied too. Well done Halfords
The lady at reception was most helpful, directing me to find the correct rear windscreen wiper for my Nissan leaf. She was friendly and pleasant . I waited outside by my car and there were a team of 3 young guys fitting bulbs and wiper blades. I did not have to wait very long until one fitted my wiper blade. He was most efficient and courteous. The fitting cost was £5 which was good value. The total cost including a new bosche wiper blade , fitting and vat was £11.79 which sounded reasonable to me. I could have probably fitted the blade myself, but was pleased with the overall experience of dealing with Halfords Eastbourne.
Fantastic service from James. He helped me choose the right headlight bulbs, fitted them and did a free ten point check. Couldn't ask for a more enthusiastic, friendly or skilled technician. Thank you.
Extremely helpful staff, purchased everything I needed. I had a 10 point car check by James, who was very helpful indeed, and very efficient, extremely courteous too, lovely customer service at this store in Marshall Rd . I shall definitely be going to this halfords store again. Great experience at this store.
Amazing service. All the staff in there are so helpful but Josh is so lovely. I am completely hopeless when it comes to anything to do with cars and car parts and everytime I go into Halfords Eastbourne Josh is more than happy to help. I really appreciate it...
No stars deserved just collected a 4 draw cabinet. The whole shop watched me struggle to carry it from the back of the shop. No body helped I had to put it down three times it was so heavy. I was too embarrassed to asked for help after the guy told me it wasn’t heavy. The only offer from staff was to hold the door for me. luckily another customer offered to carry it to my car for me which was really kind. I will not shop there EVER again
Came to buy a bicycle chain, been charged 14.99. I have checked their website and the same chain is there for £10.99. Came to get a refund. Refund received, but been asked for my name, asked to sign a bit of paper, then no "we are sorry" or anything. Be careful, and always check your receipt. They trying to con their customers. Awful practice.
Bought a bike from them. Staff was super nice and friendly. Literally made my day better. And they put it together, too! Excellent service

Neanderthals..... Got a click & collect email confirmation the day before going to store. The guy at C&C didn't know where to find my order and ask me to return later when someone else would know. Like i haven't got better things to do than waste my time and money going to and fro their store.. i put a call in to customer service to confirm my order was in fact available, they said they would put in for a callback with Eastbourne.. guess what....NO callback recieved.. absolute hapless crowd ...
