Really good overall service, I experienced the lot with these guys. I made an initial purchase for a pair of shoes I have had my eyes on for a while. Silly me ordered a size too big. Not to worry, contacted their returns team and got a free return even though I would of been happy to pay for delivery as it was my error. Once the goods had arrived I was notified and credited in store (this was my request, I did not opt for a refund, but it was available) for £59.95. I spent £56.65 on another pair and they upgraded me to next day delivery with the remainder of the funds even though I was .95p short. Fantastic support from the lady in live chat “Victoria King” smashing support and over all customer service. I WILL be shopping here again :)

Ordered a pair of Nike Air Max 1's and a pair of £20.00 socks, i received the trainers but not the socks. I've sent Urban Industry FIVE EMAILS since receiving the order on Saturday and they've not even responded to me. Blatant ignorance of the highest order. I'm absolutely disgusted that, I've been ignored this many times. And before you come back 'UI' and say "you must have the wrong email", I don't. I have the email from your website and the email that was sent through to me on my initial order. I think it's disgusting how many times, I've had to email and been met by pure ignorance. I WANT A GOD DAMN ANSWER.

I dont usually do reviews but i must take the time to say a few words about this company, 5 stars allround excellent customer service,very friendly expericend staff,all the latest top designs,will price match the big london stores,a local phone number to speak to an adviser,could not fault them so keep up the good work guys you all derserve great credit
