Called for a mini bus which they said would be 20 mins, for them to call me back and say it's gone to the wrong address so an extra 10 mins, for it not to turn up so I call back they say another 20 mins and then told me there not going to send the mini bus at all because I asked if they could hurry as I needed to be somewhere! Disgraceful!

11am mid-week. I think New Invention Square to Walsall train station (4 miles/15 minutes) for £7 is quite costly. It arrived quickly, however.
