We were in a kind of rush, not to be missed the train back to London, we were able to grab all what we were looking for.. Had a quick jump to grab few snacks, luckily, everything was properly located. Had a long queue, well it's normal everywhere, but managed to make it. Staffs were really polite
This store is gradually going down hill. It is not customer friendly; it is untidy and shabby - often there are empty boxes strewn all over the aisles; freezers do not work properly; often some fruit and veg on display is not fit for consumption; lots of empty shelves. You get the feeling that nobody cares.nMany of the staff at this store are not customer friendly; some senior members of staff seem to spend their time rushing around and they clearly want you to get out of their way; no eye contact or pleasentries with customers - it's as though customers are an inconvenience.nThis store is the nearest one for me - I do not have a car. If I did have one I would most certainly shop elsewhere.nCom'on Morrisons, you can do better than this!
Has gone downhill rapidly in the past few years. It’s our closest supermarket but we now travel to Newhaven most of the time. The store is shabby and in need of refurbishment. Freezers don’t work properly. Prices are like Waitrose. Shelves empty. Today I visited for the first time in a while and they had one person on the checkout, with about 30 people queuing. Opted for self scan and had to wait 10 minutes. Whatever the strategy is it’s not working.
We spent nearly £100 in Morrison's Seaford but because we were 15 mins over our time I got a massive fine . No point appealing this, they are not concerned with excuses. I will never shop there again
Morrisons - what can I say? Stock hit and miss, all a bit down at heel. There's a leak in the roof just outside the door so on a wet day you need to be careful to avoid a shower when leaving the store been like it for ages so they obviously don't care
