Just been shopping and there are 2 people serving us- can’t believe it. We spend so much money every week!!! And we have to wait for ages because it’s only 2 people on the till and 5 people waiting behind!!! We forgot about older people and principal!!! Pure greed to expect people to check out ourselves!  If I could give -* I would!!! What is the word coming to? Our government is at fault, not taking care of our people

Huge shopping store with a large selection to choose from open late for anyone that prefers to shop after work! Very Friendly and helpful staff, plus it's very clean and has a   outside if you need to withdraw cash. I give this store a 5 star review nInside is Argos & Habitat aswell.nDisabled friendly and plenty of parking.

Not everybody wants to use a self check-out!  For example, some older folk may prefer to be served as do people buying alcohol.  However, here at Sainsbury's in Newhaven only about four served checkout tills remain and when I visited the store only one was open with the resulting long queue.  This was mid-week, mid-afternoon.  I don't feel that this is acceptable.  There is a Lidls store very close by with served checkouts.

Online. Delivering food going out of date on a regular basis. Not mentioning on order that items short shelf life.Fragile foods crushed under heavy items. Online manager just washes over the issue eg ill have a word with them. Doesn't work. Because it's still happening.  No quality no care no customer service.  V v v poor

Great store has a large Costa at back of Sainsbury's in the building so U can treat yourself to a relaxing coffee or tea after the stress of overspending in Sainsbury's as we all do lol
