Great fresh produce. Good variety of foods and white goods. Pharmacy and coffee shop. Clothing department is a branch of Peacocks, which is reasonably priced clothing at good prices.

I am so sorry to say that my opinion of the Co-op is not good. There is never enough people on the checkouts and worse of all the shelves seem to be virtually empty most of the time (Over the last 3 / 4 months).. whatever time of day. One cannot rely on purchasing the exact item that one wants. Clearly a shake up at management level is required. The floor staff are always very good and polite, however it appears obvious that they are severly let down by the lack of teamwork from the management. It is a great pity.

Management poor. If you are lucky enough to have contact with staff who "are willing" to provide a degree of customer service, you can bet their training wasn't by this Co-Op branch.
e.g. The tills were not accepting card payments yesterday - no notices posted either on the till or at the store entrance. You would hope that the manager would of learned from the many occasions of similar past problems.

Rubbish. Never have stocked shelves. Kids swearing causing trouble whilst security just stand back and watch or chat the girls up
