Love their in-store baked bread, one of the best I've ever had.

It's been a while since going in to this shop and it is rapidly going downhill since change in management over the last couple of years. Shopped last night (27/2) there was no bags or, bags for life. No milk and lack of bread. Empty shelves had a millimetre of dust and there was a smell omitting from the pet food aisle. Waited for six mins before a member of staff would attend to flashing light at self serve checkout, even although there was eight members of staff loitering around a checkout at food court entrance. Highlighted my concerns to member of staff that did attend to the flashing light however, she just shrugged her shoulders and asked me what I wanted her to do about it. My response was "get it sorted". Very poor compared to a couple of years ago. My advice to anyone about this place is to shop at Aldi, Iceland or Lidl which are all within walking distance of this shop.
