Sorry to say I fined the shop has gone downhill in resent times. Now the cafe has gone. And the car washing which was in the car park. Now gone to Watford. I believe. The EV charging points have still not been connected from the summer . The shop has reduced its lines on some products. And rely on self service tills a lot I have found.
Morrisons in Letchworth is a solid supermarket with plenty to offer. The store is well-organized, and the staff are generally helpful. One of the biggest perks is the ample parking, which can be a lifesaver during busy times. While the selection of organic meat is limited, their fresh fish counter is a standout. It consistently offers a variety of high-quality seafood. However a lot of the time I go in there is no baskets and I have to walk to the till or other side of the shop to get one. Furthermore sometimes the music is really bad. Overall, it's a convenient place to shop for groceries in Letchworth.
Rubbish! Didn't have any of the items I needed and a member of staff, who I was going to ask, was too busy chatting to a friend and ignored me completely while I stood there waiting! Never known it to be that bad!
Just had a over 60's breakfast. Everything was Luke warm at best. Stone cold before id finished. Not good. Won't be doing that again.
Bought an item which didn't work. Took it back to store 20 mins after purchase, to be told that they couldn't help. The female manager there was useless. She told us we had to contact the help desk for who makes the product as Morrisons just sell the item so they aren't responsible. If you buy something from a shop that is faulty, they have a duty of care to exchange the item or provide a refund. We had a receipt as proof of purchase. Absolutely diabolical. Avoid this shop , there are many more reputable stores to shop at, far cheaper with a better standard of customer service.
