Can you please thank two of your members of staff today and an acknowledgment on their work record who were incredibly helpful on processing a paypoint transaction for myself in the Asda store in Hitchin. I believe their names are Keighley and Charlotte. Hope I’ve spelt their names correctly. On a general note having used the Asda Hitchin store several times in the past few months it is incredibly welcoming and well run in general. Thanks
I just wanted to say how much I appreciate the staff at this shop. Really friendly and helpful throughout the pandemic. Just generally good people offering great service. Today I did my disabled Mum's shop and picked up a sourdough loaf, it was just delicious, really incredible quality. Thank you
Wouldn't have contemplated reviewing this store pre covid as I wasn't a fan and felt a tad poorly run. However I've been using it recently and been really impressed with how the store has really improved. It's improved in all areas, customer service, stock levels and quality, and even cleanliness. It's helped switch my family to Asda for the weekly shop. Parking is also easy at this store and never an issue to find a spot or a trolley. The trolleys are also fab as tonnes of double child seaters, which can be gold dust in other chains.

If you need everyday stuff bread, milk, etc, its decent and reasonably priced. The quality of customer service depends on what day you go. Overall, its an Asda. Basic stuff for low-ish prices.
Handy little store but not good if you want to do a weeks shop
So much better having a small supermarket like this on the scale of a Lidl/Aldi store. Great if you just want the weekly essentials of a food shop, and not the time consuming endless aisles of a normal Asda store. A visit can be in and out in 10-15 mins max, and no problems with parking as i tend to visit off peak times.
Great value. I love how this shop is set out as it is easy to find the products. The only thing they could improve on is how the tills are set out. As they have protective screens it is all very squished up. I do like it here though

Really helpful staff member, Kath, who has helped me twice recently. Once at a manned till and once at self service. Very polite, friendly and extremely helpful. Made my visits so easy. Thanks
