It’s Marks and Spencer’s, what’s not to like. Store is spotless, tidy and always well stocked. Good availability at all times and the fruit and veg is some of the freshest you can buy in town. Staff are really friendly and always helpful. Whilst the store does get busy at times, the staff on the checkouts are attentive. If I had to have a minus about the store, it would be it’s size. I wish the store was bigger. Best place in hitchin for food shopping.

The shop's stock isn't so much of an issue, as the ridiculously small amount of room to manoeuvre in. It's far too small, with chokepoints in walkways only wide enough for one trolley consistently being blocked by shoppers and staff, which apparently makes both miserable. I imagine most people pay a little extra for m&s not just for the food, but for the superior shopping experience, which was sadly dreadful in this store.

Everything that I needed was available and the staff were helpful. No waiting for the checkout

Small store but quick and easy to nip into for some essentials and typical M&S treats too for all meal times. Has good staff and is always clean.
