Situated in a location with plenty free parking, several places to dine, purchase fuel and other retail shops. It host a clothing bank as well.
Loads of stuff out of stock. Came back a couple of times in the last 4 days hoping that basic stuff like fish was in stock.nnCan’t say I’m impressed with the staff. Overheard and saw a member of staff tell a Chinese lady “your English is really good” this sort of behaviour is absolutely not acceptable, especially in a a town as diverse as Milton Keynes.
Very large supermarket with an excellent variety of products. Particularly good “foreign” section - a whole aisle of Polish, Asian etc. the layout is a bit weird compared to my usual supermarket, but I know supermarkets do this deliberately to encourage impulse-buying
Probably one of my favourite supermarkets to shop in, always clean and tidy and very helpful friendly staff. The fruit and vegetables are always good and fresh, and not a bad selection.nThe bread baguettes are baked on site as well as some of the other bakery items, fish counter always looks good fresh produce. I do miss the coffee area that was purpose built, now have to use the main cafe area even just for a coffee which can be a slow painful process. Such a shame they shut the coffee only area, what a waste of money that was. Plenty of free parking, well worth a visit, we use it regularly.
The staff is lovely. It just looks like some people are doing too much work there. The shop is always clean and nice. They could get more employees.. I can see how hard some of them are working.
