I am disabled and can sometimes have difficulty reaching for items. The staff are very helpful. I also appreciate the self-service machines which makes it easier to complete  my  shopping. Thank you Tesco.

I was being served by a blonde elderly woman and i took 2 packs of allergy tablets too the till with 2 bottles of coke total came too 12.40 i asked how she said the tablets are 9.90 i said oh it said 1.60 on the ticket how much is 1 pack and she asked me to divide 9.90 instead of giving me a straight answer

Constant queues and only ever 1 person serving. Store looks dirty and you never see a manger on the ship floor to complain to
