Dreadful experience here. I unfortunately had to pick up a UPS parcel from this place. I entered the shop and politely said I have a package to pick up and the shop assistant just looked at me. I showed him the UPS slip and he huffed and okkkkk, like he was doing me a favour. Excuse me I didn't ask for it to be dropped off here (just redeliver like every other courier)! He asked for my postcode to which I gave him and he still had no idea. I pointed to the parcel on the floor at the bottom which was mine. He just brushed off the other fragile items on mine to the floor. He then asked for ID. I showed him then he said wait I have customers now. Shop first parcels 2nd he repiled. Then after serving he asked me to sign (which is normal practice). Not a good experience. Hopefully never have to go there again.
