Great feedback for Connor in the cafe. A friendly and positive employee, nothing was too much trouble and he is a great asset to the company. We will be visiting to see him again, a really lovely person.
My recent visit to Morrison was quite impressive. First and foremost, the size of the store is astonishing. They have an extensive fresh salad counter with a variety of dressings, as well as a section where you can get fresh pizzas baked on the spot. The world food section is massive and offers a wide range of international choices.nnParking was a breeze due to their spacious parking area, and the added bonus of having a cafe inside the store was a pleasant surprise.nnBut I felt most of the aisles were empty, which might be because we went on a Sunday afternoon. Additionally, the prices were a bit on the higher side.
We do our weekly shopping here and all of the self checkout workers have seen us come and go. There’s always only one person working in the self checkout and you have to wait at least 10 minutes before they bother to help you. Staff ignores you even after noticing that you’ve been waiting for ages, even with a giant blinking red light on the till.nnThen another colleague shows up with even more attitude. Price change isn’t done automatically then you’re told you have to go all the way to the aisle to take a picture of the item as they won’t believe you. Doing their job for them.nnEven after doing all of that they still won’t believe you, but still won’t bother going to check it themselves. You’re stood there looking like you’re a criminal with sheepish faces from other customers. Please train your staff to do a much better job.nnExtremely unhelpful and unprofessional, like we’ve forced them to work there.
