Not my first time in this store, but I have been to the store today and I wanted to buy some fresh fish, after waiting in the queue the butcher decided to take off without warning-Initially I thought he is just going to the back but he never came back, which I then understood that maybe his shift has ended but then there was no one left to serve us even though opening times said open until 6pm4:30pm when we were there.nWe then went to pay for the bits at self checkout sand there was no one to assist us. Another customer who also needed help decided to shout “is anyone working?” Then a managerI think has decided to help us but he also checked out.
Every time me and my partner go to the pizza and salad bar the lady behind the counter always goes above and beyond. Didn’t get her name but was working there tonight at 5pm 17/06/2026. Always happy and joking and gets stuff they have run out of. Excellent memeber of staff.
Please ensure you wear makeup and presentable clothes while shopping there - otherwise security might accuse you of stealing! Very unpleasant incident occurred today around 09;15 AM in the store, after purchasing few products I was trying make my way out, but security run after me demanding receipt and bag inspection without any legitimate reason, causing a scene near to coffee machine. It wasn't random inspection as he didn't check receipts of other customers and run specifically after me so I'm assuming I was targeted based on my appearance: no makeup, gym clothes and bun hairstyle. Very unprofessional. Staff need proper training how to approach customers and do their job correctly instead of harassing and victimasing people based on their look!
My recent visit to Morrison was quite impressive. First and foremost, the size of the store is astonishing. They have an extensive fresh salad counter with a variety of dressings, as well as a section where you can get fresh pizzas baked on the spot. The world food section is massive and offers a wide range of international choices.nnParking was a breeze due to their spacious parking area, and the added bonus of having a cafe inside the store was a pleasant surprise.nnBut I felt most of the aisles were empty, which might be because we went on a Sunday afternoon. Additionally, the prices were a bit on the higher side.
Most shittiest and disgusting bakery, the food is too sugary and that is literally what the whole cake is made of sugar. Horrible! The staff also let down the reputation with their rude and disrespectful and ignorant behaviour. They didn't even give a health and safety briefing before we started which is also against UK laws. Then they put the blame on you. Very shameful and disappointing by staff.
