I’ve been shopping at the Morrisons in Milton Keynes for quite a while, and while it’s generally a good experience, there are a few things that stand out – both good and not so good. The fresh food counters are definitely a plus – the bakery always smells great and the meat and fish counters still offer that traditional service, which I really appreciate. Their selection of everyday essentials and some local products is also decent.nnHowever, the layout of the store could use a rethink. Sometimes it's hard to find what you need without zigzagging across the shop, and the aisles can feel cramped, especially when it gets busy. The lighting doesn’t help either – it’s a bit dull in some sections, which just makes the store feel a little dated.nnAnother issue is the self-checkout area – machines often have errors and it can take a while before someone comes over to help. It’s not terrible, but when you're in a hurry, it’s noticeable.nnDespite the flaws, I still come back here because the fresh food quality is good and it’s convenient. Just wish a few of those rough edges were smoothed out.
Pretty basic shop, but the salad bar is amazing. Get some boiled eggs and other stuff every week for some really great prices. Has a pretty decently sized underground parking area and escalators to the shop.
This store is really well set out. Plenty of space down the aisles with out bumping into people while looking. Never too busy and I've never had to que long. The produce is good .
My recent visit to Morrison was quite impressive. First and foremost, the size of the store is astonishing. They have an extensive fresh salad counter with a variety of dressings, as well as a section where you can get fresh pizzas baked on the spot. The world food section is massive and offers a wide range of international choices.nnParking was a breeze due to their spacious parking area, and the added bonus of having a cafe inside the store was a pleasant surprise.nnBut I felt most of the aisles were empty, which might be because we went on a Sunday afternoon. Additionally, the prices were a bit on the higher side.
I have placed an online order and the person who is doing my order did not even bother looking for the items! They were in the vegetable isle and simply marked the rest of the items as “unavailable”. Terrible customer service. Won’t be placing an online order through them again!
