Absolutely shocking, came here last week and had a really bad experience. The till operator and kitchen staff messing orders up, food going to the wrong table etc. Then to top it off the other half's burger just didn't turn up. When asked about it the attitude was a joke. The poor old gentleman who was actually serving the food was being talked to like dirt from the kitchen staff, he looked utterly embarrassed. Well decided to take the kids today to see if it was a one off, what a mistake! First of all they ran out of fish for the wife, this would not have been a issue if they let us know at the tills. However after 20 mins of sitting down they decide to come over. Nevermind replace this with something else. I got my food but sent the wrong burger, kids got theirs and guess what? Yet again they forgot the wifes. They said they would replace mine ( they never did ) and the Mrs got hers once the family had all finished, including my 5 year olds. Also had to prompt them for the kids Sundaes.Will never go back and going to put a official complaint in, absolutely shocking service.

Worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. Loads of the food was off. Tables weren't cleared and the air conditioning was turned to cold. When asked 4 times by us and a number of times by other customers it was announced that the heating was off as not as many customers were in the store. Shocking
