This place really is a mixed bag, The newer doctors are great. But the old guard is terrible. Same for the reception staff. Some of them are Well mannered and are professional. Others like the lady i just spoke to regarding some blood tests results was rude, abrupt and hung up on me while i was mid sentence.

With the exception of Lorraine, who is great, i find others members of the reception staff to be arrogant and ignorant. It is no business of theirs what my request to see the doctor is for. They just book appoimtments. The doctor decides on my my condition not some self opinionated counter staff.

Dreadful, truly dreadful. Receptionists are rude and unhelpful, and very unapologetic about it.

Receptionist rude on the phone just because I asked why I had to wait 2 weeks for an appointment lived in birchwood for 36 years this surgery has gone down hill nothing like it used to be I'd of put no stars if I could
