Had a great night for my niece 30th birthday party! Staff & D/J we’re exceptional, loved the Venue, Good happy vibe! Thank you.
Had my 21st in November, staff very helpful at the beginning with the booking process HOWEVER, when we arrived to the party on the day the staff were barely welcoming, got told 5 mins into the party that it is cash only, then have been informed at 11pm that there was a minimum bar spend of £1500, had a couple of my guests find chewing gum in their drinks, the staff were mocking me as I was being sick and the manager threw a glass of water over me at the end of the party as well as being verbally abusive towards myself and my guests as well as very nearly physically abusive. There was no damage at the party and 7.5months later still no deposit returned after months of emailing. Wouldn’t recommend and will not be going back even if it’s the last place on offer.

Apart from the DJ this venue is only after one thing…. Money!! Over priced drinks and putting a massive price on how much you have to spend behind the bar. I as a guest got handed a receipt about 11:30 with a total of £1250 saying how much was needed to be spent £1500in a cash only bar!!! This is Appalling customer care and management and needs to be addressed. The Car park also needs health and safety check, due to NO lighting walking from front entrance to car park one of our family had fallen and cut both knees. At the end of the night the manager created a scene in front of us all that they didn’t meet the required spenditure this was very upsetting and embarrassing for the party host so Very disappointed in this venue
Nightmare getting deposit back. Minimum spend accomplished. Phone call day after party to confirm no damage. No deposit returned. If deposit returned I will review my post. Deposit returned 5 weeks late.

A really nice classy private events bar. Good size smoking area with a huge heater to keep you warm during winter. Really affordable drinks considering the location of the bar. Highly recommend for birthday parties and reunions etc
Had a private party here it was very clean and the staff were very polite
Dj was the only thing that saved this place, unfriendly staff, overpriced drinks,and if you haven't spent enough over the bar just £80 short of £1600 then an embarrassing scene at the end in front of all your guests.
Appalling customer care and management. All they are interested in is taking your money regardless of any satisfaction. Car park also needs health and safety check at night due to NO lighting walking from front entrance to car park. Had to ask staff for toilet roll and hand soap on a private function at the start of the night. And the after care was next to none!! Very disappointed.
