I joined this practice on Monday 26th September 2017 and all my files, prescription details and information was completely up to date by the 28th when I was able to collect my first repeat prescription up which had already been taken to my local pharmacy. The reception staff have all been very friendly with me despite my mental health and personality disorder issues. 
My first experience with the practice was excellent when a number of staff (not just cleaners) stayed behind for roughly 90 minutes of their own time to wait for an ambulance for me when my blood sugars were found to be excessively high, they put me first.

Would give 0 stars if possible. Absolutely useless doctors! Cannot get an appointment over the phone, even for my 7 month old son as no one answers. 
When you do get an appointment, expect a minimum of 30 mins wait in the waiting room.
Some of the doctors avoid at all costs. Only redeeming features are fantastic nurses and some doctors such as Dr woodcock.

Awful surgery, they speak to you like dirt theyve late with perscriptions over an over,
Never see the same doctor twice so they never no you background and get medication switched a million times even if the first ones working for yo. Get an appointment and doctors only get to see you an hour after appointment time because theyre allways running behind, it genuinly should be scrapped and started from scratch with a new surgery!!

This one star reflects the practice not the doctors. I can't comment on the doctors as I've never had an appointed one for over 10 years.

The administration of these 'receptionists' is diabolical,  the phone is constantly saying you are in a queue, you can spend hours on there if you had the time only to be told there's no appointment's anyway.
You are treated as if you are an issue to be dealt with and got rid of instead of a patient in need of help
The staff are defensive before you even approach the desk and make any query from a patient into a personal attack on them, providing no solutions.

I've had more than one prescription go missing and low and behold it's nobody's fault, I've had prescription's posted in my stamped address envelope for a person I don't even know.

33 years I've been at this practice and in the last couple of years it's become atrocious. Too many patients from a merge and not enough doctors or capable staff to handle them.
God help those that need help, please take your illnesses elsewhere! I had to.

Doctors are excellent but it's impossible to make a non-emergency appointment to discuss test results - offered one slot in 8 days time but I'm working - also no chance of an emergency one tbh as these have gone by 8.10am! Do these reviews even get read by the surgery Managers so improvements can be made to the service???
