Never had any problems with this practice,been with them for years now. Like all other gp practices they are struggling to get back to normality after covid & 14years of tory budget cutting,they are trying their best & do what they can. I find them to be approachable,friendly & people could do with being a bit more understanding as I don't feel the 1.8 score is acceptable,other practices are far worse.

Trying their very best to get back to something like pre pandemic times. This Practice was Amazing years ago but like most Dr's surgeries fell down. There are Some really Excellent Gp's at this surgery as are the Practice nurses. The Social prescribers are without a doubt THE BEST somewhat life saving yet most under appreciated, important service anyone can imagine. Not forgetting the Great reception team who put up with a lot of unnecessary idiots. Good to see this Practice fighting its way back to the top.

Should be made to change their name. Rainbow means inclusivity yet they refuse to treat gender dysphoria even though the guide lines allow it. Going backwards like the government. Support for everyone except transgender women.

The blonde receptionist seriously needs looking into ! I’ve never seen a member of staff act so ignorantly and rude to patients it’s absolutely vile! Her attitude is always terrible and she jumps down everyone’s throat for simply asking her to do her job.

I've been registered with this health centre for many years now and never had much to complain about. I know since covid it's more possible to find the Treasure of Sierra Madre than it is to get an appointment with a doctor, face to face, in all surgeries, but would it be too much trouble to write to patients and explain why phone consultations, 111, and appointments at Albion Street are now the order of the day? The phone consults are especially silly when it's immediately apparent you need to be seen, for an examination or whatever. An absolute waste of everyone's time to book a phone consultation only to book a further appointment in the practice. And don't even start me on ringing at 8am and the number of times they just hang the phone up on you.nnBut that's not the main reason for my complaint. I have had the misfortune to deal with a deeply snotty receptionist twice now, on Thursday  28th and again today on Monday 2nd. Her gatekeeper attitude to the practice may please some doctors but its deeply unprofessional behaviour when her attitude stinks. The hospital has asked me to get in touch with my GP, and she just won't allow this to happen.
