Reception staff friendly and helpful. Was able to see a doctor on the same day, competent and compassionate, clearly explained my options and next steps.

Refused to give my very sick 5 year old an appointment...twice! Can only get an appointment for myself if I know 2 weeks in advance if I'm going to be sick or injured!?Have ended up just using the walk in for any major issues. Completely pointless being registered with them! Spoke to someone who used to work in admin and even they said it was a horrible place and they couldn't help the patients as their hands are tied by bureaucracy!! Pay into a service I am refused!! Disgusting!
