Magnificent Service, very helpful and knowledge support and advice. Ordered on a Friday and delivered on a Saturday! Mighty Micro care about their customers and it shows. This is no ordinary IT company on the contrary it is an extraordinary company. Highly recommended.

Best Phone Repair Shop in Manchester don't take my word for it - try them out.  As most people know, phones break/get viruses etc. I've been to a few shops in Manchester and have always been quite disappointed with most of them: unprofessional, insincere and just not that good at getting the phone fixed. After researching different shops online, I decided to try out Mighty Micro as they seemed to have good reviews. It is a bit out of the way for me but I'm so glad I go here now. Wouldn't go anywhere else. I've also purchased laptop cables and phone chargers from them and yes, they aren't cheap but I trust that they are genuine and won't burn my house down when I'm asleep. Why do I trust them? Because there are numerous signs in the shop saying so and they personally recommend so. Their business is not worth going bust by telling porkies in order to make a few extra quid on their cables as you can tell that they take pride in their reputation.  My phone was repaired in a reasonable time, there was clear communication on when it would be ready and they were extremely professional, had wonderful customer service, they took their time to explain everything and I even got a 30day guarantee.  Highly recommend anyone to give them a try if, like me, you are tired of the other numerous phone/computer repair shops in Manchester working as clowns. Thank you guys!

fixed my laptop in just a couple of days, quickly identified problem and reasonable cost, great service and friendly. when they were doing the work on laptop also replaced part of charger for free when realised it wasn't working properly either. Would recommend for anyone looking for a local shop.

Difficult to know where to go when you get a fault on your laptop. Mighty Micro was recommended to me and I was not disappointed. Excellent customer service, everything was explained in detail about what may have happened to my laptop etc.  I was amazed to get it back couple of days later, restored and working much faster and all at a very reasonable price. Went in with a broken printer last week and the staff were upfront and honest about the potential cost of repair. I decided as the printer was a few years old that it wasn't worth bothering and enquired about a new one. The young man who served me was knowledgeable and helped identify my needs and choose the right printer accordingly. It was refreshing to get service that genuinely seemed to want to help me rather than sell to me. I was then reassured that if I had any issues with my new printer that I could come back here to get them sorted out.  Excellent service and a pleasant atmosphere. I will definitely be returning here for all my computer and printer based needs.

Shocking. Fixed my phone quickly and at a standard price of £60 for a screen repair, lovely guys most of them and put on my glass screen protector.  However, I took it back once because the phone would not black out when I put it to my ear therefore it was overheating and I was pressing buttons whilst on the phone, now I have noticed when I am on FaceTime they have messed with the rotation as I am upside down, thirdly the screen is loose on one side and after taking it back the black out sensor is once again not working whilst on the phone. I have taken it back once but one of the men was very rude. I have 60 days warranty but I don't recommend taking your phone here to be fixed.

Helpful and friendly staff who fixed my old acer laptop with speed and efficiency. Not only that but they also recommended a cheap alternative to my broken headphone port rather than just offering the expensive repair! Much better service than some of the other local shops I've tried in Withington. Highly recommend!

Every screen either I or anybody I know has ever had from this company is weak and faulty. Usually works fine just well enough to see out their 30 day warranty but will break again in a matter of months. This includes laptop screens which regularly lead to screen bleeding, iPhone screens and Samsung screens all are incredibly weak. I have had an instance where it has been so poorly fitted dropping the phone has caused the entire screen to go black. They will not refund.

Took a laptop wiith storage/ space problems-  Service was corteous; efficient - and kept me updated as to what was been done All in all I would say a very safe pair of hands for your computer and I.T requirements. I was dealt with by Arran-  very well recommended
