Paid for a service I didn't receive. Seems honest but after dealing with. This person is after your money. Paid twice on different occasions to sort out the same fps issue when gaming. Promised me to fix the issue. He then said I paid for a malware removalservice to which I made very clear that the issue was the frame rate when gaming. Absolutely disappointed, asked for a refund for a service he did not fulfill, to which he said no.. I will have to contact my bank

My computer blew up when switching it on. It is an old computer and just use it for invoices and printing. I rang Harvey on a Saturday afternoon and dropped it off. Told me what was wrong and repaired with a full service and clean up. Brilliant service and recommend him highly. Cheers Harvey and thanks for your help and support
I have to say - I'm super impressed with the professionalism, integrity and work ethics of Harvey. Handed over my gaming PC to upgrade a new cooling system and a wifi card. Told him a week would be fine but he does it in less than 24hrs!!! What I loved about the service was the updates I received via WhatsApp of what was going on. The constant pictures of how he was showing me what was happening to my PC. Very transparent and honest. He even offered a bit of extra tech advice afterwards - which is really cool. Make no mistake, if you live in the southern area of Greater Manchester - this is the person you go to to sort your computer troubles. No doubt whatsoever 10/10 - A happy and now loyal customer
Harvey knows his stuff. Took my needs into account for my pc and offered many possible options with price estimates. Came up with a clever short term fix to get me going again. Top honest service .
10/10, brought my laptop in with what I suspected might be a terminal illness, but then next day Harvey returned it in working order with some advice on next steps to keep it running. Good price and great communication throughout too, couldn’t recommend more highly.
Harvey was excellent with my 3 laptops in various states of repair. Honest evaluation and recommendations and a reasonable price to evaluate and repair those which were feasible! Really fast turnaround less than a day!. On top of this he is just a really nice guy! Will definitely be back next time I need help! Thanks Harvey.

If I could leave 6 stars I would! My external hard drive containing 4 years worth of design work stopped working on a Friday night. I took it to Harvey the following morning his weekend hours are incredible and within 5 minutes of me leaving the hard drive with him to have a look at, he rang me to come back as he’d fixed it! He is super friendly and I am over the moon with the speed in which he fixed my problem, I was straight back home and working again all files in tact. I’ll certainly be back to Harvey with any issues in the future, can’t thank you enough!
