My boiler broke down at the end of November. Middleton Heating & Plumbing LTD attended a call-out. I was advised that a pump broke down and needed to be replaced. They came back on 2nd December; it turned out that they ordered the wrong pump and could not fix the boiler. I was told that they will order another pump and will come back to finish the job. I was also told that it should take about six days for the new pump to arrive. I contacted them on 8th December and was told that they don’t have the part yet, but I will be the first one to know when it arrives. I have had no update for a week. I have tried to contact them, but none of my calls were answered. I have tried to contact them again a few days later. No one took my call. Wayne called me the next day and informed me that they still don’t have the part. I asked where the part is coming from and if they could track the delivery so that I know where things stand. I was told that they cannot track it. I said that this is getting a bit ridiculous. I was reassured  again that I will be the first one to know when the part arrives. It’s 7th January and I am still waiting for the update from Middleton Heating & Plumbing Ltd regarding the replacement pump……….!!! Luckily, I have decided not to rely on their services, and I had a new boiler fitted yesterday. I wish they had not attended the call-out. If they hadn’t perhaps, I wouldn’t be left without hot water and heating for over a month in the middle of winter. I will most definitely not be using their services again. I find them to be unprofessional and unreliable. As far as I am concerned, they provide an UTTERLY USELESS service.Service:&nbsp;Plumbing services

Always very professional and polite. We had a leak on one of our isolator valve and Ash came around ands sorted promptly. Great service and good prices Highly recommend.

Fixed a problem quickly and efficiently. We use them regularly and are really happy with them. Professional, expert and really nice guys.

Had gas fire checked after he had gone I smelt gas. Called them back ,yes I had a gas leak. He repaired it. Going too get another company too check it.
