Was in on Good Friday and Anthony went above and beyond. Needed a plumbing bit but couldn't work it out. Anthony got out several products and found the perfect part. Will recommend Chadderton and despite working on a hot Good Friday, still had a smile on his face! Thank you Toolstation and thanks Anthony!!
Great customer service. Served by Leigh-Anne, a polite and helpful member of staff. She had great knowledge of tools and helped me find what I needed very quickly. Fantastic store with a friendly member of staff, highly recommended. I will be back to shop here again.
Poor communication and after sales. An absolute headache trying to cancel a simple one item order. To cancel a order I am expected to go online, print a form, fill it in and post it back. Terrible process and it’s poor excuse and bad customer experience, especially for a trade who buys from stores like this daily!
Best service I have received so far. Being in uk for 4 years, always use screwfix, but from now on, I switch to Toolstation. Look for Anthony or Carly in Oldham Chadderton one. Amazing costumer service.
I needed a few things at the last minute and came in with three minutes to spare till closing. I was served by Sue with brilliant customer service and even though it was late in the day she had a smile and wasted no time in retrieving my order. I’ve always had a pleasant experience with this branch and given they treated me so well on a Sunday evening when other places would say they’re closed, I felt the need to share my experience :
Nicely air conditioned, no waiting time, fast efficient service, friendly staff. No complaints.
Excellent customer service, easy transaction and click and collect, most of the stocks are available in stock, staff's very friendly and helpful.
Great service from the Chadderton branch. Click and collect online and generally ready in 5 minutes. Friendly staff and no quibble with returns.

Needed advice on some items and the lady behind the counter was so helpful. Steph gave me brilliant advice and was so friendly. The staff are doing so well with the Covid restrictions to keep people safe. I know where to come for all my DIY advice now
