Ordered some plum slate from wickes on click and collect although the service inside the store is great… the customer service in the phone is uselessnnI ordered 40mm slate around 11 bags.. started to empty it for my boarder and a couple of the bags are actually 20mm see pics I called customer service who stated they don’t do 20mm slate … and also contacted wickes over email who also didn’t seem interested in helping me … so I guess I’m not getting any money back or an resolution … great to do business think I’ll go elsewhere in the future
Was booked in for a kitchen design visit at 15.00 tell 17.00 on Saturday the kitchen is extremely small 3 m by 3 m which is 9 square metres the first thing that was said was stone tops are not needed and need to keep costs down to 8k it was designed and was told was needed 13 cabinets with the appliances under hot water tap the fitted price they came up with was 22k was told good sales attempt that if I wanted a kitchen at 8kI would have to look in bargain corner absolute waste of 2 hours £22,000 for an MDF chipboard kitchen
Helpful staff, but not huge amounts of stock. Enough to cover the basics of most projects. Quite a bit of the timber had splits in it.nnI like that they sell stuff in singles and discounted in packs.
Julie in kitchens is amazing. Her experience and attention to details is second to none. True customer service. New kitchen showroom is amazing
The extremely nice young man the first time I came in for 3 core was an asset to your company......however the 2nd time was dreadful...having a business account and a personal one we spend on average over the last 5 years between 6-10k a year.....not any more ..not the guys fault on the phone either ....from a very disappointed customer.
