Went into this store to trail an e-bike, went through everything, and quickly and efficiently sorted out the bike ready for me to ride, adjusted the seat again so I could get on to it with ease, and went through the power settings and how to use it. I didn't go far with the bike as I had not ridden in a while, I needed to get my confidence back, I was back in the store with the bike less than an hour later, I needed to know I could still ride a bike with ease as I have arthritis. The time you get for trialing a bike is great, so you can give it a good test, you need to leave a deposit and when you take the bike back you get it back, providing there is no damage to the bike but this was not a problem.
Website is easy to use and gives a selection of products to choose from at varying price options that are suitable for all pockets. The staff were friendly and efficient and fitted the car part I purchased quickly and efficiently too. Would definitely recommend.
Called I'm today to have a look at baby car seats. Really had no idea what we were looking for, as it was for our granddaughter. Spoke to a really friendly and helpful member of Staff , who gave us all the information we needed. So then felt really confident to purchase . Thank you Halfords Oldham .
Bad costumer service. Booked my wheel alignment for 11:30 am and the guy told my it will take couple of hours which is fine. And after 4h I called than back and got told that my car will be done at 4:30 which is unacceptable.
Booked an appointment for a specific time to fit 4 new tyres. Was told once I got there it was going to take 3 - 4 hours!! What is the point in booking a time slot. Changing tyres isn't a time consuming job and if there is a delay this should be advised in advance.
Phoned Halfords prior to coming down. My bike tyre wasn't keeping in air so I was told to come in to get it sorted. When I arrived the guy said I’d be better taking it somewhere else as none of them could do tubeless tyres. Dreadful
The staff at this store are the best. We were supposed to be picking a bike up on friday but my grandson couldnt wait so we went in on thursday about 5pm to see if they had started on it. They had but they then put it together because my grandson couldnt wait. How friendly, proffesional and polite these men were. They are a credit to halfords.

I recently got my major service done from Halford on my car its hasnt done properly its cost me 400 hundred plus I paid some off car car part missing please be careful with them guys make sure check your vehicle after its done and its rip off last time there not any more
I was served today by a lovely chap called Gary. Recently my husband aged 52 yrs young passed away and this was the very first time I had to go to Halfords and ask for help instead of my husband. I found this extremely difficult and emotional but Gary was extremely kind, not knowing my circumstances he changed the bulb that needed doing and was kind enough to just check my tyres when I asked as I have no idea about cars!! Thank you Gary it made my day!
