Owned by people who don't have a micron of Hippie in them. The only keep their pub in the style they have it in to attract the hippies. People who think it's cool to be seen in these fake alternative pubs. You Used to be able to smoke joints there, but of course they crumbled like little mice in the face of the law.
One of my favourite bars in Limerick City, was here on Saturday to watch the Wales Vs England match. Friendly staff and great service. Don't hesitate to pay a visit!
Very cute and cozy pub, more of a chill spot for drink. Staff were really friendly and were nice enough to make us cocktails that weren't on the menu.
The bar is a great atmosphere but the tap at the end of the stairs works 9% of the time and the hand dryer feels like an old man breathing on my hands
Awful awful music. Bouncers aggressively staring at me and said “I have to clean that up” after I apologised multiple times staring straight into my eyes, just intimidating me and ruining the mood. Made me feel so bad about being drunk AT A BAR. Wouldn’t recommend to anyone queer looking, friends got weird stares for going to the bathroom. Only go as a last resort.
Good bar in Limerick, not s lot of variety of beer, but good ambient to talk and at night some days there is music. The decoration in halloween was amazing. The staff is very nice.
Always support Limerick Pride every year and keep up the great work
Cool vibe. Maybe a little over the top at times, but some nice beers in a great atmosphere. The bar manager was kind of a douche, but maybe you don't have to talk to him.
Another lovely place to go to there was a singer playing the night i was there and he was exceptionally good didnt play one bad song. There's a bar downstairs but it wasn't opened that night so I can imagine when the whole place be full it'd be a great atmosphere.
Awesome pub! So much history and the kindest employees.
