Fantastic customer service - I went in on Friday 23rd June to have my engagement ring cleaned and re-dipped as I was getting married on the Saturday. They said they would have it ready in a couple of hours. When I returned the ring was ready to collect, good as new! However, they told me that when they had gone to clean it, the fixing had completely fallen apart (it's an old ring)! They had done what would normally be 4-5 days work in 2 hours, as they knew I was getting married the following day, and only charged me for the clean. So kind of them, I will definitely be returning.

Best jewellers in Nottingham by a long shot, Great service, amazing pieces you won't find anywhere else, customer service is top notch and in a great location. Had some jewellery resized, cleaned, they make customised pieces for special gifts. Would not go anywhere else ever again!
