Would give zero stars if possible. Will be leaving this GP practice with immediate effect. The receptionists have been useless and rude for years and actively go out of their way to deny service and make your life more difficult. There are a couple of lovely doctors there but you’ll never get a chance to see them and that being said I’ve had horrendous encounters with one specific doctor there. Go elsewhere if you can
I was able to get appointment to be triaged and then seen the same day I called. Every doctor and nurse so nice and helpful, also the pharmacists. They are really great.
I was a patient for several years . I have lived all over the would and UK. I have a complex cardiac condition and therefore an experienced patient . Without question it is the best surgery I have ever been registered . The care was superb and at a very high level. I wish I was still registered
I’am very satisfied with my choice , this practice deserve 10 star , the GP has extra knowledge, which is hard to find with usual nhs doctors , I was very satisfied and impressed on my first visit . I don’t think I will change my rating in future . registering, answering my call , booking my app and be seen , all was done in no time , this was the first time I feel my NI contribution has been paid back thanks for the hard work
I was a member of this GP for 3 years, they didn't help me at all. I had severe depression. In my opinion. I suggest you not to register in this GP if you think about yourself.
I have found the surgery excellent despite all the covid restrictions. Vaccination programme rolled out efficiently. If something untoward is spotted they have contacted me to tell me. I tried leaving a review before but had it dismissed because I mentioned a name - but others seem to be able to do that. The two doctors mentioned in other notes have both been excellent and go the extra mile.
I highly recommend Hodford Road Surgery to everyone who lives in an around golders green area in London. They are very respectful and understandable such as Dr Cavendish & Dr Abdullah. I have also have a lots of respect for the receptionist who are working there hard. I can only remember one good young called Jay Patel. The best family Dr's. Please respect them bak. Just remember that they are there to chelp us and I know myself what they are going through everyday
I have had to leave the practice due to moving area, but I was very pleased overall. It's easy to get an appointment, the nurses were always friendly and helpful, but for other appointments I would always recommend seeing Dr Cavendish. There was a female doctor at one point too who was very good but I think she left. You are asked to give comment after every appointment via text, which I did for one particular appointment with another doctor, but I have no idea if anything was actioned. It would be good to know!
Wow - Another fantastic at my GP. My experience 1 Call at 9.45 to get a NHS well man blood test 2 Wait 15 minutes to get through 3 Offered same day either 10:45 or 12.00 4 Turn up 10.30 5 Park outside on main road, plenty of space and no charge 6 Allowed in and sit down - plenty of social distancing 7.Get seen 10.35. 8 Out by 10.41 - i looked at my watch Get the NHS Appt and need some help to set it up 9 Ring GP at 3.30 in afternoon. Wait 3 minutes and receptionist guides me through how to do it
Always weary to review a doctor as to not tempt fate but I am very pleased with Hodford Road Surgery, Dr Cavendish and the other staff there. Years I had PCOS symptoms and was going to my old GP, I was referred quickly and got my diagnosis at last! I find they always take me seriously if I come in with symptoms. So long as I am flexible with times I can get appointments quickly often same day or within a few days. Lastly, Dr Cavendish is very warm and friendly.
