Stunning service and a real personal touch. I dealt with Emma on the chat, she was so knowledgeable, she answered every question I had. She knew everything, all the nuances of the uniforms, the fit, the right size for my child. My daughter is 9, but tall for her age. She provided so much guidance, and it meant that everything we bought fit perfectly. This is the first time this has ever happened with any online purchase. Thank you Smiths, but especially Emma who had provided one of the best customer service experiences of my life!
Always used Cockfosters store and found it each time even better. The service and support. I was served by Anthea who assisted me with topping up my kids uniform. Anthea assisted me with great support and care as I needed a stool and was very patient as I have to get for 2. Thank you
Very pleasant experience. Was assisted by Charlie with uniform, very polite. I only required two items but was unsure of the size. Charlie was very patient and helpful in giving advice regarding the size required and gave me plenty of time to decide. Shop was very well organised and it appears that all the staff that I could see were very proactive. Will probably be going back there again if I need uniform in the future.
Kellie assisted us and made the dreaded school uniform shop a total pleasure!! She was great at relating to my teenage daughter ...who was not keen at going to get the uniform at all. She got her fitting the clothes on, in the mirror that she wanted. Highly organised, chilled manner and went through our list methodically. Folded up the clothing with care and organised some items to be ordered. The staff team appeared efficient and supportive of each other, worked tirelessly.
Amy helped us navigate the purchase of uniform for the start of secondary school. I cannot say thank you enough! She was so friendly and helpful and put us totally at ease, making sure she was meeting all the needs for my daughter. Thank you so much.
Never been to Smiths in Cockfosters but will definitely go again. Josie helped my mother and I. She was extremely helpful. Considering she went to the school I needed uniform for she gave us all the advice needed. Very kind lady and will go again for uniform.
Very bad service, mistreatment and are not very educated. A week ago was first time we went to this shop and the ladies there were really rude. Two days ago my husband went back to exchange a t-shirt and he had to wait 15 minutes to exchange it because the ladies from there were to busy chatting between them and went in the back and just ignored him while he waited at the till. If we could buy uniform from another shop we would never go again to Smiths from Cockfosters.
I was assisted by Abigail, she was very lovely + helpful. Great customer service, will definitely shop there again.
This was the first time we've used Smiths for uniform. They were helpful and friendly and Kellie was especially lovely. I recommend this over any other uniform shop in the area and prices are generally cheaper!! We'll be back!!
Josie was so so helpful - my daughter was anxious about getting new uniform for year 7 and Josie couldn’t of been more helpful. Fabulous customer service and we will be back!
