Food was ok. Quick service for a Friday and staff were friendly. Reason for 3 stars is the ridiculous £2 service charge. So whatever you do order in store not on the app.Food: 3/5

Ordered on a Friday night about 5.30pm so knew that might be an issue. Order arrived in good time, approx 35 mins order to knocking on the door which was really good. However the portion sizes were small for the price especially the £10.50 for the mixed kebab and were a small polystyrene which wasn't exactly rammed full. Also the donner kebab was cold throughout. Always a risk with delivered food but other outlets have been better. It does make it difficult to judge the food as it doesnt taste right. Could be bad luck but with the speed of delivery I'd have thought it would have been warm by default. The main issue was the portion size, there isn't an excuse when other places Barberry Fish Bar do larger sizes for less money and warmer!. Probably won't use again.
The last 2 orders I have made to by all means I asked for no tomatoallergic,Both times I got tomatos. When I asked them to send order again they said I had to pay again. Getting it wrong once I understand, but twice in a row knowing about the last order, ridiculous.

Since I moved to the area,nearly 4 years now,I always get the best chicken kebab in town. They giving a quiet big portion,and always fresh. The marinated chicken taste is excellent since the first time I'm loving it. The customer service also really helpful and kind. Thank you By all means to save my lasyest days.
Nice chicken. Nice pasta. The wrap bread wasn't great. Fresh salad. Quite expensive.
Used to love "By All Means" Kebabs we're my favourite, unfortunately standards have dropped dramatically. Kebabs arrived late, lacking in meat and sauce with the meat tasting burnt and dry. Didn't even finish my kebab. Won't be ordering again. Shame as they are one of the very few places that deliver to our out of town location.

First time ordering with By All Means and I was pleasantly surprised! Food arrived in decent time, it was warm and was pretty damn tasty... Order: *9" Margherita thin crust* *Penne Al Tonno tuna pasta with black olives/spring onion and basil* Verdict: I'm a die hard Caprinos fan best in town however, this is a very close second! Will have to try toppings next time but for a 9" personal pizza it was good! The pasta gave me that nice homemade feel without having to cook it myself - and stink the house out at 23:29 in the evening! The toppings were nicely balanced too so wasn't too much or too little of anything. Bonus: nice little side salad which was fresh and a nice addition.
