The thing is the food is actually good - never really had a complaint about quality or quantity. The problem here is attitude, there is nothing more important than customers, if they don’t feel comfortable coming in then they won’t. I was ordering and the guy didn’t even bother to look at me, tried to speed me up in ordering there was no one else in there. I could’ve spent my £20 elsewhere, next time I might! Improve your service, you’re not doing anyone a favour being here, we are paying for it.
Genuinely tasty Turkish food with great service and quality. It's a clean and properly run establishment everything is cooked to order. Highly recommended, won't disappoint!
Best chicken donor I’ve tasted in the UK and freshly cut meat from the donor sticks only. Short summary Atmosphere - welcoming and clean Staff and management - helpful, accommodating and friendly Kid friendly - yes, good selection on the kids menu with all the favourites and tastes good. Menu and range selection - good selection to suit everyone at good price Recommend to friends and family - yes Cleanliness - yes Note - there is a dine in option available which is really good for the evening meal out. Take cash payments only.
The staff are rude especially the guy with the grey hair he thinks he owns the whole parade and his attitude is very hostile he needs to get some manners. The food was hard and portions small. when you ask anythings you get dirty looks so really not family friendly place.

Very friendly members of staff!!! Absolutely great service at all times, even during busy hours they keep they cool and act in a professional matter! You get great tasty meals which can not be compared to any other places around. So impressed every time and will continue to order/ collect regularly!
The kebap is way better than any other kebap. Everything is so fresh and tasty. Staff is very friendly and helpful, you can tweek every meal the way you want it even if it's not in the menu. Overall I don't think there is a better kebap around London area.
Pitta wrap was awful. Meat chewy and rest of ingredients tasted not fresh or off. Chips were soggy and yuck
Quick, efficient. Nice chips. The doners could have a bit more flavour but nice meat.
Very nice tasty food. I went for the lamb doner with salad and rice. The lamb was very nice, well cooked not greasy or fatty. Salad was fresh. Overall food was excellent. Staff are friendly and helpful. Price isn't too bad either
