Check-in was quick and painless. Our room was ready before the check-in time, that was a blessing. Staff was friendly and helpful. The restaurant on site is fine. Nothing special, but the food was tasty, and it was nice being able to leave the room and be at a place to eat and drink within minutes. The shuttle to the airport was on time, and easy to access.
We were upgraded to a suite! The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were very clean, the bathrooms spotless and the showers nice and hot. We needed a room near the airport so we could get a good night's sleep before our flight the next morning. The shuttle service was great, and got us there in excellent time. Thank you so much.Rooms: 5/5
shuttle bus never came. When we rang hotel they said it would be there in 20 minutes and then after 20 minutes we rang again and they said the shuttle wasn't working so get a taxi. Left standing in the rain and had to walk back then to get a taxi. Completely ineffective service. Then when we finally got back to hotel the key fob for the carpark wouldn't work again running around in the rain trying to get that sorted! What kind of an operation have you got running there. Absolute joke and I won't be using or recommending their shuttle 'service' to anyone.
Everything was great. Room was well-appointed. Great shower. Excellent proximity to airport. Helpful front desk staff called cab for us group of 6 to visit Dublin. Bed was much too firm for my taste.Rooms: 4/5
Very good, large and clean rooms They must start installation of air conditions, as our rooms were West facing and the room was like an oven, only in the night it was comfortable. Need to have cross ventilation Rooms: Already mentioned in my comments section
Consistently friendly and consistency enthusiastic staff in this hotel. Moreover, this venue is always spotless. Overall, good vibes, nice place and only a short drive to Dublin Airport.Rooms: 5/5
Hotel is fine but a bit expensive for us to have so many issues. The bed is very short. My boyfriend is 6ft and his feet hung off the end of the bed so he did not sleep comfortably. The bathroom design is bad. The glass shower wall isn’t long enough and the rainfall shower water gets everywhere. There is really bad existing water damage on the bottom of the bathroom door due to this. The sink didn’t drain in fact it would almost overflow while brushing teeth. The doors were super loud and we were woken up every time someone in our hallway opened or closed their door. It was not terrible for one night before flying home, but not great either
Surprisingly good hotel. Great value for money. The receptionist was very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The restaurant staff were polite and attentive too. The food was nice, well-made and warm. Some noise from the street, but not that disturbing. The proximity to the airport 10 minutes ride is great for fly in-fly out guests. It takes some 30 min to the downtown, though. The hotel offers free airport shuttle service. Highly recommended.
