Went in to open an account with one of my clients was rudely spoken to by the staff (Nicole) they need to understand they don’t own the bank but work their on their minimum salaries so should show some respect need to be treated manners! Looked like tubby missed her breakfast was in a mood!

Today @12:00 i went to open a account lady welcomed and requested to take a chair, waiting more than 30 mins. I wanted to go for a break updated to that lady will be back in 10 mins. By the time I returned from break there is a another lady saying that you need to back of queue. It is not rush hour few clients. I am really interested to open the account but definitely not with this branch who does not know the value of customers time

Unfortunately I was so upset, I forgot the name of this lady whom we met this morning at this branch. She wasn't showing the slightest intention to help us. We'll never come again to this branch. Thanks to you long brown hair lady.
