We received the friendly, helpful service from Elliot setting up a joint account. He came out looking for who needed service, was efficient and followed up with a call to finalize everything

Friendly, efficient, tentative and informative staff. Really quick and easy to use the machines inside and you're never waiting too long to be seen. Been with a few banks but this definitely has the best service.

Staff were friendly and helpful, but the branch itself is strange, with no cashiers, more like a self-service system. We were looking to simply close an old unused account, (which couldn't be done with self-service), but then take the remaining cash out, (which couldn't be done with the staff member in the side a room), so we just transferred the remaining balance to save queuing again.
