All local HSBC branches have now closed, Staines branch only open till 14:00 on a Saturday. Not flexible for people who actually have to work Saturday!

We visited for our bank statements for mortgage application, was served straight away by very friendly staff called Sweata and also informed us of the new voice recognition technology for telephone banking. Although in the past it used to take longer to get things done in HSBC but not anymore
