Fitness First Tottenham Court Road

I came to this gym for 7.5 years and left as I no longer work in that area. I really enjoyed every spin class and they have a great range of equipment. The sauna and steam rooms were also a nice treat after a tough workout.

Classy hidden away Fitness First. Snugly tucked away off of Tottenham Court Road about half way between Goodge Street and Warren Street. Plenty of staff and trainers and pretty busy. Great pool too.

Brilliant health club, comes with all the bells and whistles. Loads on offer, brilliant staff, always able to help. Highly recommend!

I go to this branch for the swimming. The swimming pool looks like something out a 5* hotel! Love the atmosphere, and the nice chilled area in the steam and sauna rooms too. It’s not the biggest pool I’ve been to in fitness first, but definitely is the best!

Clean and amazing 2 swimming pool

Amazing equipment on all floors, swimming pool has tranquillity from soft lighting and away from rest of gym, steam and sauna always clean! staff amazing and helpful! Special thank you to Lucy for recruiting me to train here, always super polite and helpful. And shoutout to Barbra amazing personal trainer with killer abs!
