My order being delivered after 7 months . I had such a terrible experience with this people. I paid over £900 in total £300 cash for fitting . It was agreed to serve with track but , fitted with velcro instead. The unqualified , fitter took money and went . Then top panel keep drooping I started sending pictures but the owner said “he is no longer on this phone” what a disloyal , dishonest person. My windaw is empty now . I ordered shatter blind paying double. Only person has great helpful customer service is Sheela. Please be very careful when u shop at mermaid now days. See my evidence and conversation .
I couldn't be happier with what I'm looking at in my living room, beautiful curtains and a couple of cushions made in the same fabric as the curtains. The owners and staff are so friendly and professional too. A massive thank you!
Extremely pleased with the curtains I had made at Mermaid. The quality of workmanship is excellent and the customer service is helpful, friendly and attentive. We supplied our own fabric but they did everything else including the fitting and supplying of the track all at a very reasonable cost. I am so happy with the service that I have already placed an order for another set of curtains to be followed by roman blinds.
A great shop with experienced staff who are happy to offer advice. They made suggestions on how best to approach altering some curtains I had bought second hand and I’m really pleased with the results. I’ll definitely be back when start my next project. Thanks.
Really pleased with our made to measure net curtains and the adapted heavy curtains we bought. The range and quality of curtains are lovely, and prices excellent. The service is professional and very friendly, and turnaround on curtains very fast. I would highly recommend this shop which has moved next door to where it was originally. There is also a wide range of quality curtains and fabrics to choose from.

Clapton icons! I’ve known Mermaid team for 13 years. They’ve made me the best commercial & home curtains, textiles, cushions etc for my salon business & home.
I could not be happier with my roman blinds! I handed over a length of my own fabric with quite a detailed pattern - which they made two beautifully matched and symmetrical blinds from, complete with black out backing. Super reasonable prices and quick turnaround. Very very happy.
Great curtain shop and good selection of fabrics. The outstanding thing is the staff and customer service. Very polite, helpful and attentive. Prices are also very good.
